Hello and welcome to my website. It is a pleasure to have you.
My name is Gregory T. Josefsberg. Please call me Greg. I'm an attorney in Houston, Texas. Our practice handles real estate, tax, and family law cases.
Life doesn't allows go as planned. More often than you may expect, people find themselves presented with a legal problem that requires professional assistance.
That's where we shine. It's a great feeling resolving legal issues to allow our clientele to happily move on. It would be an honor to do that for you.
A little about my background:
I grew up in a small town in upstate New York named Hudson. The town is at the foot of the Catskill Mountains and is about the size of Manvel, Texas. Yes, there are small towns in NY!
After high school, I joined the Army and served on active duty during Desert Shield and Desert Storm in a Special Forces unit.
Once my enlistment expired, I went to Florida Atlantic University for a B.A. in criminal justice and then onto Syracuse University for my Juris Doctor, graduating at the top of my class in 2000.
Finally, I moved to Texas! For my first 5 years, I was an attorney working for big corporations. All the while, I was attending University of Houston in the evenings completing a post-doctorate degree in Tax Law. Less than 5% of all attorneys have this degree which I earned in December of 2003.
One day in 2005, I took a leap of faith and "hung a shingle." That's how lawyers describe their experience of opening their own law practice. The journey has it's challenges and rewards. We like to focus on the rewards.
Our greatest reward is saying "you're welcome" to a thankful client after successfully helping the client navigate through the legal - and sometimes scary - maze of the court system.
Now, it's your turn. Give me a call to discuss how we can assist you.
